Mobility is the bridge between strength and flexibility. In this class, you’ll learn how to move your joints through their full, healthy ranges of motion while activating the stabilizing muscles that keep you pain-free. Expect intentional movement, breath, and buttery flow.

Absolutely. Whether you're brand new to mobility or an experienced mover, you’ll be guided through each position with options to make it more accessible or more challenging. No experience required — just a willingness to tune into your body.

A yoga mat, water, and comfortable clothing you can move in. Optional: blocks or a towel for extra support. Most importantly, bring presence and curiosity — your body will do the rest.

Mobility work supports joint health, nervous system regulation, and muscular balance — all of which can help reduce or prevent pain. If you have a current injury, let me know beforehand so I can offer safe modifications.
