Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We want you to feel confident and supported. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.


1) Standard Refund Window — Full-Price Digital Products

For full-price digital products (courses, programs, downloads purchased at regular price), you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Eligible if: purchased at full price and within 14 days.

  • Not eligible if: content was purchased at a discount, as part of the EMP Course Bundle, or during any sale/promotion (see Section 2).

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank/processor to post the credit.


2) Discounted Purchases & Bundles (Non-Refundable)

Purchases made at a discounted price — including the EMP Course Bundle and any sale or promotional pricing — are final sale and non-refundable.


3) 1-on-1 Coaching Programs (Different Policy)

Refunds and cancellations for 1-on-1 coaching programs follow a separate policy outlined in your coaching agreement (covering items like deposits, rescheduling, and cancellations).

4) Technical Access & Support

Having trouble accessing your materials? Email [email protected] and we’ll help you get in.
Access issues do not extend or pause the 14-day refund window, so please reach out promptly.


5) Duplicate Charges or Accidental Double Purchase

If you were charged twice for the same product, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] with your order details. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded.


6) Product Satisfaction

We’re here to help you succeed. However, refunds are not granted for dissatisfaction based on personal preference, motivation, or results. Outcomes vary by individual effort, consistency, and application of the material.


7) How to Request a Refund (Eligible Full-Price Digital Purchases)

  • Subject line: Refund Request – [Order # / Product Name]

  • Your full name and purchase email

  • Order number and purchase date

If eligible (per Sections 1–2), we’ll confirm your request and process the refund to your original payment method.


8) Changes to This Policy

AlyssaMecoliFitness LLC, DBA Energy Mitigates Pain (EMP) may update this policy at any time. Updates will appear here with a revised “Effective Date.”
