All EMP courses and bundles are digital products. Upon purchase, you will receive access to course materials through your provided email address or member portal.

Sharing login credentials or redistributing content is strictly prohibited and may result in access being revoked.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
All digital products, courses, and programs are billed in full at the time of purchase. Payments are securely processed through third-party platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, or Kajabi.
Refunds are handled as follows:

Full-price digital purchases may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Discounted purchases, including the EMP Course Bundle or any sale or promotional pricing, are final sale and non-refundable.

Refunds and cancellations for 1-on-1 coaching programs follow a separate policy outlined in each client’s coaching agreement.

In cases of duplicate or erroneous charges, please contact [email protected] within 7 days for review.

Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account once processed.
If you experience technical issues accessing your product, contact [email protected] for assistance. Access issues do not extend the 14-day refund window.

All course materials, videos, PDFs, graphics, and branding are the intellectual property of AlyssaMecoliFitness LLC, DBA Energy Mitigates Pain (EMP).
